Carol Ann Phelps Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2026, at the age of 87, Carol Ann Phelps of Waterford, Connecticut, born in Putnam, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carol Ann may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Benjamin and Muriel Benjamin. She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Phelps; and her son Brian (Linda Flewelling). She is also survived by her family and close friends.
