He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Gustafson, and Harold Gustafson, Sr.; and his parents-in-law, Marilyn Doll and Leonard Doll. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Gustafson (Doll) of Waterford, CT; his children, Hope Persi (Chuck) of Waterford, CT, Eric Gustafson (Rosanna) of Wethersfield, CT, Brett Gustafson (Lauren) of Queen Creek, AZ, Abbie Calvert (Craig) of Waterford, CT and Courtney Brown (Peter) of Portland, CT.; his grandchildren, Chloe, Emma, Aidan, Molly, Mabel, Orson and Tyler; and his sisters, Barbara Bowling of Osprey, FL, Susan Smith of Midlothian, VA and Debra Hall of Vernon, CT..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byles-MacDougall Funeral Service (99 Huntington St, New London, CT 06320).
