She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Rice and Helen M. Ennis; her husband Lee; and her brother Stephen C. Rice. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey C. Youngs of New London, CT; her stepchildren, Robert "Bobby" Youngs of Arizona, Brenda Youngs, Meri Youngs and Joy Fuller of Rochester, NY; and her siblings, Eileen Rice (Theresa Walker) of Chatham, NY, John Rice (Carol) of Wassaic, NY and Cathy Grohocki (Paul) of Uncasville, CT. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many dear nieces and nephews.
In honor of Joan's memory, the family requests that donations be made to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America.
