He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances M. Kokoszka (Romano) and Edward R. Kokoszka. He is survived by: his brother Walter Kokoska; his nephew Edward Kokoszka; his nieces, Elizbeth Robbins and Katie Dyson; and his great-nephews, Levi Robbins, Bradley and Timothy Dyson.
