He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis James and Juliette Hickey (Rioux); his wife Rita; and his siblings, Francis "Bibbs" Hickey and Julie Fox.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Hickey, Kelley Cooper (Brian Cooper), Karen Bencivengo (Frank Bencivengo) and Kimbra Hickey; his granddaughter Julia Marquardt; and his brother Joseph Hickey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Normand's memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
