It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia M. Bliven of Waterford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 31, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Sr. Perry and Tina Perry (Damus); her children, Peter Bliven and Nancy Palmieri; and her siblings, Arthur Perry, Jr., Edwin Perry, Francis Perry, Donald Perry and Geraldine Ward.
She is survived by: her sons, LeRoy R. "Bob" of Waterford, Thomas of Griswold, David of Montville and Frederick Bliven of Lyme. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
