He is survived by : his children, Melanie, Rhea and Dennis Jr.; his wife Peggy Allen DeSantis; his sister Angela Anderlot; his grandchildren, Shanice, Justin, Javan, Anthony, Caleb and Brendan; and his great grandchildren, Shakur and Soloni.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Hickcox Funeral Home (195 Main St, Watertown, CT 06795). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
