She was predeceased by : her parents, John Schipper and Sarah Schipper (Gerard); her husband Henry J. Lezotte; and her sons, Richard A. Smith and Donald F. Smith.
She is survived by : her son Douglas W.; and her daughters-in-law, Marina Smith of Medellin, Columbia and Carolyn Smith of Waterbury. She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
