It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John G. Brodie of Watertown, Connecticut, who passed away on September 9, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Anne Hoffman Brodie (Peggy); his sons, John Mitchell Brodie II (Kathrine Deming Brodie) of Chevy Chase and Robert Hamilton Brodie (Laura A. Hegeman); his sister Lucy Lee Brodie of Denver, Colorado.; his grandchildren, John Mitchell Brodie III (Jack), Kristen M. Brodie and Lillian S. Brodie; his brothers-in-law, William W. Hoffman (Linda) and George E. Hoffman; his nieces and nephews, William S. Hoffman, Christina C. Hoffman, Sarah H. Anderson and Erik A. Anderson; and his great-nieces, Ruth L. Anderson and Jane K. Anderson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jock's memory to the Seacoast Marine Corps League, Box 690, Kittery, Maine 03904.
