He was predeceased by: his parents, Johanna Legath (Buch) and Josef Legath. He is survived by: his wife Rosi; his daughters, Johanna Legath Klohn (Thomas Klohn) and Alexa of California; and his sisters, Maria Strehl and Johanna Stranzl.
