He is survived by: his spouse Nezaqet Kulla (Kelolli); his daughter Ilmika Kulla (Steven Labbe) of Watertown; his grandchildren, Emilia and Leonardo; his brother Vedat Kulla (Vera) of Middlebury; and his sister-in-law Paula Kulla of Waterbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
