Mencio of Watertown, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Ned F. Mencio; her parents, Lawrence M. Mullen and Kathryn A. Mullen (Boyd); and her brother Lawrence M. Mullen, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Kathryn A. Reid (Russell) of Leland, NC, Stephen J. Mencio (Amy) of Avon, John E. Mencio (Katherine) of Watertown and Maria J. Mencio (David Shugrue) of Glen, NH; her grandchildren, Caroline O'Donovan (Adam Sidney), Chelsea Norregaard (Alex), Martha O'Donovan (Bruce Tawodzera), Elaina Raffaele (Richard), Morgan Mencio (Kenneth Pease), Daniel Mencio, Michael Mencio and Mia Mencio; and her great grandchildren, Anders Norregaard, Giavanna Raffaele, Calvin Sidney, Zara Tawodzera and Silas Norregaard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
