He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Phillips and Della Phillips (Manganlello); his brother Floyd Phillips; and his brother-in-law Arthur Russo. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Phillips (Russo); his daughters, Laura Breslin (William) and Sarah Zapatka (RJ); his grandsons, Devon and Joshua Zapatka; his brother John Phillips (Terry); and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Phillips and Judy Russo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bob's name to the American Cancer Society.
