He is survived by: his wife Valarie Collins (Santagati); his children, Ryan Collins (Jessie Gulianello) of Milford and Grace Leonardi (Dylan Sanborn) of Groton; his stepson Dylan Carlson of Watertown; and his granddaughters, Melody Willsey and Willow-Leonardi Sanborn.
