He was predeceased by : his parents, Ely Chabot and Yvonne Chabot (Poirier); and his siblings, Arthur, Raymond, Priscilla Moscone and Vivien Le'Toile.

He is survived by : his former life partner Deborah Woodward Bastien; his son Vincent Chabot (Roswitha); his sister Louise Joly (Richard); his grandchildren, Christopher Chabot and Katrina Chabot; and his great grandchildren, Devin Smith and Teagen Chabot.
