He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lenard Forde and Adina G Greaves-Forde; his wife Cynthia J Cote; his children, Kimberly A Forde of Media and Jason C Forde of Homosassa; his grandchildren, Kelsey L Forde, Brandon C Forde and Joshua Forde-McLean; his great grandchild Nolan D. Said; his brother Darwin L. Forde of Valdosta Georgia; his brother-in-law Dr. Phillip J. Thompson of Jacksonville, FL; and his brothers, Darryl Forde (Kendra Forde) of Vancouver Canada, James Winston Forde (Delois Graham-Forde) of Lealand, John Forde, Sandreia Christian-Forde of Forestville, Maryland., Lionel Forde, George Greaves and Kessel Greaves. He was also cherished by cousins and niece's and nephew's and dear friends.

After a long battle of Alzheimer's Dementia.
