He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Arthur C. DeGraff, Sr. and Dorothy Dodd DeGraff; and his brothers, Elliott and Eric DeGraff. He is survived by: his wife Sandra DeGraff (Ketelhut); his children, Arthur C. "Turk" DeGraff, III (Amy) of West Hartford and Betsy D. Sands (Christopher) of Winchester, MA; and his grandchildren, Nolan Zoccali (Matthew), Katherine Davis (Joel), Matthew Rand (Amy), Matthew Sands (Emily), Jennifer Burns (Jared) and Katrina Sands (Christopher Gilbert). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
