He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Erikson Lantz and Carl Arthur "Art" Lantz, Sr.; and his wife Carol Jordan Lantz. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lardner (Joe), Carl Lantz (Stefanie) and Kathryn Donovan (Brian); his grandchildren, Isabel, Eleanor Lardner, Callie, Flynn Lantz, Tyler and Hailey Donovan; Thomas Jordan (Nancy), John Jordan (Catherine), Mary Sanford (Collin), William Jordan (Linda) and Helen Conrad.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Emanuel Lutheran Church Food Pantry or the West Hartford Food Pantry.
