He was predeceased by: his father Hyman; and his sister Bobbie Koplowitz (Merrilee Milstein). He is survived by: his wife Merrilee; his daughter Jane Steinberg; his son-in-law Jordan Cahan; his grandchildren, Sydney and Dashiell Cahan; his brothers, Jim Steinberg and Bill Steinberg (Karen); and his pet Mookie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
