He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Shepard (Barrett); his parents, Edward Shepard and Flora Shepard (Morgan); and his son Michael Thomas Shepard. He is survived by: his son David C. Shepard of Canton, CT; his sisters, Ann Shepard of Schenectady and Mary Ramsey of Gadsden Alabama; his grandchildren, Brendan Shepard of Centennial, CO, Brooke Shepard of Boston, MA and Christian Shepard of Canton, CT; his brother-in-law Wayne Brown; his niece Lisa Keosaian; and his nephews, Keven and Gary Ramsey.
