It is with sadness that the passing of Eleanor N. Caplan (West Hartford, Connecticut) is shared. Eleanor, born on May 31, 1928, passed away on August 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel Neiditz (Podnetsky) and Moses J. Neiditz; her husband Jerome E. Caplan; her daughter Martha Jo Caplan; and her brother David H. Neiditz.
She is survived by: her son Richard Caplan (Laurie); her grandchildren, Jonathan and Nate; and her brother Daniel Neiditz (Arlene). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
