It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Falkin Fried of West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Falkin and Ruth Berinsky Falkin (Berins); her husband Norbert I. B. Fried; her brother Howard Falkin; her sister-in-law Barbara Fried; and her pets, Seiji and Shayna.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Fried and Edward Fried (Angela); her grandchildren, Caroline Fried and Landon Fried; her nieces and nephews, Elise Falkin, Leslie Fialkievicz (Michael), Joshua Fried (Mickey) and Emily Fried (Brad Cavallo); and her brother-in-law Drew Fried (Marty). She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
