She was predeceased by : her husband Philip Chartier; her parents, Wilfred Marchand and Rita Marchand (Roy); her daughter Sheila Boorman; and her siblings, Mary Jane Wegerif and Gerard Marchand.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Chartier (Donna) and Debra Lagueux (Wilson). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
