He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Bergen and Norine Bergen (O'Leary); and his daughter Spring Bergen. He is survived by: his wife Lorrie Theresa Bergen; his children, Jennifer Ellis (Jeffrey Ellis) and Jamie Bergen; and his brother David Bergen (Jean Bergen).
