She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Ben and Rose Aivaz; her uncle Ken Aivaz; and her in-laws, Patricia and Peter Sweeney.

She is survived by : her significant other Peter J. Sweeney; her parents, Mary Aivaz and Kazimierczak; her uncle Marion "Mimi" (Pierre Boucher); her sisters, Kelly Hurley and Krystal DeJesus; her siblings-in-law, Bella and Lexi; and her caregiver Alicja. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including her aunt.
