Jeffrey leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jeffrey’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jeffrey will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George E Thomas and Suzanne Mckerracher Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Thomas (Loomis) of West Hartford; and his children, Connor James, Kaitlyn Sadhbh and Cossette. He is also survived by his mother, four siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Molloy Funeral Home (906 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Thomas the Apostle Church (872 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119).
