He was predeceased by : his parents, John Tressy and Margaret Tressy (McNamara); and his daughter Maribeth Tressy. He is survived by : his wife Jean Tressy (Sanders) of West Hartford; his children, Kathleen Murphy, Patricia Tressy, Timothy Tressy, Richard Tressy, David Tressy and John Tressy; his grandchildren, Kiley Murphy, Abigail Wagner, Connor, Christian Martinez, Samantha, Luke Tressy and Kian Kozyrski-Tressy; and his sister Marylou Tressy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Molloy Funeral Home (906 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
