He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Augusto Lopes and Isabel Maria Fernandes; his wife Maria A. Lopes; and his siblings, Manuel, Maria, Elena and Adelina.
He is survived by: his daughter Betty Lopes; his son-in-law Jason Parauka; his son Antonio Luis Lopes; and his granddaughters, Victoria and Porsha. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
