In the vast expanse of eternity, Julie Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Julie Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Francis Carroll, Jr. of Norwalk, CT and Julie Hudgins Carroll of Davidson, NC.. She is survived by: her wife Jane Bradley; her son Stephen Sitko (Krista McMurry) of Florham Park, NJ; and her brothers, Charles Carroll (Laura) of Stamford, CT and Robert Carroll (Andi) of Davidson, NC.. She is also survived by four nieces, a nephew, a great-nephew.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anthony Church (285 Church St, Hartford, CT 06103). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (453 Fairfield Ave, Hartford, CT 06114).
Memorial contributions in Julie's name may be made to St. Patrick–St. Anthony's Open Hearts Ministry at the Franciscan Center for Urban Ministry at the above address.
