Birmingham of West Hartford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Irene Hinkley (Hachey) and Harry Morton Hinkley; and her brother Richard Hinkley. She is survived by : her husband Jim; her children, Sean Joseph Birmingham and Rosemarie Hall; her grandson Sean Patrick Hall-Trzaska; her niece Pamela Hinkley Leonard (Frank); and her goddaughters, Patricia Murray and Elaine Epply. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
