It is with sadness that the passing of Mark William Habjan of West Hartford, Connecticut is shared. Mark passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Laura Poppke. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn, Diane, Scott, John and Shirley Habjan; his children, Caroline (Matthew McLachlan), Diana, Christine (James Sayer), John and Eric; and his grandchildren, Luke, Grace, Rose and Claire.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Molloy Funeral Home (906 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (872 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association.
