She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Newman and Jennie Newman (Levin); her husband Herbert Slotnick; and her sisters, Carolyn Zaretsky and Ruth Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Lewis A. Slotnick (Jamie) of Burlington, CT and Betsy Slotnick Rubinstein (Reed) of Silver Spring, MD; and her grandchildren, Samuel J. Slotnick, Alyssa J. Slotnick (Owen Cobey), David J. Rubinstein (Yael), Aaron J. Rubinstein (Lauren) and Joseph D. Rubinstein (Yotvat). She is also survived by several nieces, a nephew and two great nieces.
