With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert J. Pizzella of West Hartford, Connecticut, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pizzella and Maria Pizzella; and his brother Edward Pizzella. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Pizzella (D'Ambrosio); his children, Joseph Pizzella of West Hartford, CT, Mark Pizzella (Jennifer) of Simi Valley, CA, Craig Pizzella (Katrine) of Simi Valley, CA, Krista (Pizzella) and Vitanza (Michael) of Fairfield, CT; his grandchildren, Steele, Ryder Pizzella, Hudson, Gia Pizzella, Leo and Zoë Vitanza; and his sister Louise Chiaputti of Newington, CT.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a wide circle of extended family and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sheehan Hilborn Breen Funeral Home (1084 New Britain Ave, West Hartford, CT 06110). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
