He is survived by: his wife Karen Roveto (Smith); his children, Bill and Ashley (Jake Dooley); his grandchild Leighton; his mother-in-law Alicia Smith; his siblings-in-law, Tracy and Kevin Walsh; his nieces and nephews, Taylor and Brennan; his siblings-in-law, Kelly and Mike Krok; his nephew Aidan; and his niece Megan.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, a cause close to Robert's heart.
