We are sad to announce that, on March 23, 2026, at the age of 80, Carol Ryder of West Haven, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Carol departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Carol may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Carol leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Kim Romano; and her parents, Stanley Wallof and Velma Brown Wallof. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her son Darrin Romano; and her granddaughters, Alissa Romano and Faith Ryan.
