He was predeceased by: his daughter Colleen Spillane; his parents, Cornelius Spillane and Margaret Spillane; and his brother Robert Spillane. He is survived by: his daughter Hillarey Rowland; his grandson Chayse Rowland; his brother James Spillane; and his nephews, Mark and Christopher Spillane.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
