Diane Conforte Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Conforte of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 13, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy Conforte; her parents, Paul Nacca and Alice Langlois Nacca; and her brothers, Robert and Domnic Nacca.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Conforte (Jeanette Bruno) and Korrie Conforte Annucci (late Stephen); her grandsons, Stephen and Jack Annucci; her siblings, John Nacca (Joan), Paul "Junior" Nacca, Christine Davis (Dave) and Marie Urqhart; and also Aleisha Melenedez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of St. John Xxiii Parish (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516).
