She was predeceased by: her husband George E. Smith; her parents, John J Blake and Anna Blake (Moran); and her siblings, William T. Blake (Marjorie), John J. Blake (Charlotte), Thomas R. Blake and Catherine S. Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin G. Smith, Christopher J. Smith (Nancy), Mary-Elizabeth Bean (Richard), Timothy J. Smith (Linda) and Brian J. Smith (Colette); her grandchildren, Kristin Mariano (Eduardo), Lindsay Wehnert (Brett), Joshua Bean (Leanne), Timothy Smith (Erin), Danielle Bean, Sean Smith, Casey Guerra (Nester), Ryan Smith, Samantha Smith, Michael Smith, Blake Smith, Olivia Smith and Georgia Smith; and her sister-in-law Lucille Blake (Thomas). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
