It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Palermo of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 10, 2026, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman H. E. and Mabel E. Bellwood Jasinski; her husband Nicholas Palermo; and her sisters, Arline Downey (George) and Evelyn M. Schoeller (George).

She is survived by: her children, Linda Siegert Blackman (Paul) and Jon J. Palermo; her grandchildren, Carri Brellis (Kyle), Nicole Ohlson (Scott), David Siegert (Heika) and Melanie Wallis (Donny); and her great grandchildren, Amanda and Aiden Ohlson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
