He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco Scaglione and Lucrezia Cornicelli. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Frank, Christopher (Megan) and John (Heather); his grandson Nicholas; and his brother Mario. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home - West Haven (238 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516).
