It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gail Egan of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on August 31, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Egan; her parents, Lawrence McHugh and Dorothy Farrell McHugh; her brother Richard McHugh; and her sister-in-law Patricia McHugh.

She is survived by: her siblings, Lawrence McHugh of Cheshire and Cheryl Violano (Michael) of West Haven; and her nieces and nephews, Gretchen Lapierre (Dave), Jennifer Ranciato (John), Richard McHugh, Karen Quinn (Joe), Stefanie Beauvais, Larry McHugh and Steven Harris (Michelle).

Gail was passionate about dogs, so in lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the West Haven Animal Shelter.
