He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Sr. Kinsey and Reather Boomer Kinsey; his siblings, Sylvester, Johnny Kinsey, Sr. and Linda Kinsey-Davis; and his daughter Precious Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Kinsey (Thelma) of Waterbury, CT, Chris, Erik Wells of Hamden, CT, Morris Morton, Xavier Russell of New Haven, CT, Felicia Wells and Julia Sykes of Hamden, CT; and his brothers, Dalma Artis, Preston Dennis, Jr. of Rocky Hill and Larrie Kinsey of New Haven, CT. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
