He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McLaughlin and Eleanor McLaughlin; and his spouse Beverly McLaughlin. He is survived by: his children, Maureen McLaughlin-Martin (Michael) and Joseph McLaughlin, III (Sherri) of Dedham, MA.; and his grandchildren, Joseph, IV and Ryan McLaughlin of Dedham, MA..
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home - West Haven (238 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Cemetery (280 Derby Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
