Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Josephine Bernardo of West Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 101, on January 17, 2023. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Bernardo; her parents, Domenico Mezzanotte and Lucia Mezzanotte; and her siblings, Patricia Hall, Elizabeth Mezzanotte and Daniel Mezzanotte.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Hanson and Sandra Cavallaro (Richard); her grandchildren, Erik Hanson (Maureen), Jennifer Cavallaro (Jeremy Craven), Jeff Hanson and Mark Cavallaro (Elleni); and her great grandchildren, Jenna Hanson, Charles, Alexander and Elizabeth Cavallaro.
