She was predeceased by: her mother Maxine Jarrett; her husband Jack Lewis Jr.; her siblings, Maxie May and Vernon; and her sons, Jack III and Brandon.
She is survived by: her children, Lensey, Gary Lewis, Monica Moore, Hyvillia and Samantha Lewis; and her nephews, Jesse Holman and Charlie Williams. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grands; 10 god-children; 10 great-god children; a host of nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews.
