It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Innamorato of West Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Kay find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shurgin and Ethel Shurgin (Abrams); her husband Gerald Innamorato; and her sister Charlotte Mitchell. She is survived by: her daughter Bobbi Jo Evans (Jeff) of East Haven; her granddaughter Kate Williams; and her nephews, Eliot Mitchell (Janet) and Barry Mitchell. She is also survived by niece and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
