He was predeceased by : his brothers, Nelson McIntosh (Eric) and Lincoln Carson Jr.. He is survived by : his sister Cheryl Wright (McIntosh); his sons, Rubyn Davis, Kerry McIntosh Jr., Marcus McIntosh and Evan Smith; and his grandson Jahmere McIntosh.
