She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony DeMaio and Beatrice DeMaio (Langlois); her husband Jon Karetov; and her brother-in-law Pat Amarante. She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Maurstad (John), Joann Karetov and Cathy Purcell (Matt); her grandchildren, Lauren Purcell (Andrew Torres), Branden Maurstad (Lexi), Courtney Purcell, Ryan Purcell, Jacob Maurstad and Seth Karetov; her siblings, Marierose DeMaio Amarante and Tony DeMaio; and her nephews, David Amarante and John Amarante. She is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
