Middleton; her children, Dr. Cheryl King Burley of Florida, Jeanine Middleton of California, Lyman Scott Hopkins of New Jersey and Daniel Hopkins of Bridgeport; her nephew Aazim Jackson of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Eric Burley (Danielle) of Georgia, Jonathan Burley (Monique) and Sara Burley of Florida; her great grandchildren, Ethan, Luke, Sophia and Zuri; and her cousins, Jackie Lester, Ana Maria Matos, Linda Matos and Pedro Matos.
