She was predeceased by: her husband Gerard O'Neil (Gerry); her parents, Mary Quinn Fitzpatrick and Philip Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Margaret Fitzpatrick, Catherine Mulgrew and Philip Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Marie (Lawrence Sasso), Gerard (Susan O'Neil) and Kerry (Michael Traversano); her grandchildren, Lauren (Erin Blake), Stephen (Alexis Sasso), Patrick Sasso, Conor (Julija O'Neil) and Ryan (Emily O'Neil); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Zachary Blake and Charlie O'Neil; and her sisters, Patricia Kofler (Luigi) of Bonita Springs, FL and Lilian O'Kane of Uddingston, Scotland..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keenan Funeral Home (238 Elm St, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Vianney Church (Formally Our Lady of Victory Parish) (300 Captain Thomas Blvd, West Haven, CT 06516). A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Cemetery (280 Derby Ave, West Haven, CT 06516).
